  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders under Rs. 999 with an additional Rs. 39 as COD charges. COD offers a hassle free way to shop without digital payments. 💸
  • Quick Dispatch: Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours because we can’t wait for you to receive them! 🐱
  • Delivery Timeline: Expect your package within 2-7 days, depending on your location in India. Metros typically see faster delivery times.
  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. To cancel, email wecare@careberry.in with your order number.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, contact us immediately for a resolution.

Cash on Delivery Policy 💸

  • Availability: COD is available for orders under INR 999 within India.
  • Safety Protocols: We follow strict safety protocols with our courier partners.
  • Unavailable for Delivery? If you’re not available to receive your package, please provide an alternative address or contact within 48 hours of order placement.
  • Return Policy: If a COD order is returned due to unavailability, it will be reshipped only if converted to a prepaid order.
  • Order Confirmation: COD orders will be confirmed via call. Non-responsive customers will receive an email. Failure to confirm may result in cancellation.
  • Restrictions: If a customer refuses COD delivery more than twice, future orders must be prepaid.
  • Claims: Report any shortages or damages within 48 hours of delivery to wecare@careberry.in.
  • Order Changes: No changes to shipping/billing address or order modifications post placement.
  • Cancellation: To cancel a COD order, email wecare@careberry.in with your order number on the same day of placement.

  • Packed with Care: Your treasures are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
  • Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Ensure you are aware of your country’s regulations.
  • Compliance: We comply with export laws of the shipping country. Customers must ensure compliance with import laws of their country.
  • Customs Clearance: If an order does not clear customs, the brand may refund the order amount after deducting shipping costs and other incurred charges.

  • Damage Responsibility: Careberry is not responsible for damage post delivery.
  • Claims for Shortages/Damages: Report within 48 hours of delivery to customer service.
  • International Compliance: Ensure your order complies with the import laws of your country. The brand is responsible for export compliance from India.
  • Customs Clearance: If an order does not clear customs, the brand may refund the order amount after deducting shipping costs and other incurred charges.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major international credit/debit cards and PayPal. All prices are in INR, and conversions may apply based on your payment method.
